This book, which has a foreword by Ross Burden, celebrity chef and star of BBC’s Ready Steady Cook combines the themes of food and sign language.  It will help children of all ages to improve their communication skills whilst they learn about food and how to prepare it safely.

Gary Slack, the author, is a fully qualified communication support worker for deaf people and has extensive experience of supporting both deaf and deaf-blind people in many different situations.  He lives in Stamford, Lincolnshire with his partner and four sausage dogs.
