This is the first book in the trilogy relating to the family fortunes of the Everton's, a Lincoln family, written by his grandson, Peter Gaston. The central character 'Little Will' was born in 1875 and lived his early life in Burton Road, Lincoln. His father was a successful and well known (if not well liked) cabinet maker and undertaker. Will's great friend Edgar 'Clink' (Ponsonby) Carrot, lived in Gordon Road, and this volume covers the time from Little Will being about 12 years of age until he breaks away from his father and sets up in business on his own account.
The second book is also available through this site 'For Better For Worse' as is the third; 'Old Men's Dreams, Young Men's Visions'.
An introductory offer of over 20% discount is available (for those who choose to buy the whole trilogy at once) before 15th December 2020
